Volunteer and feel good

It's a proven fact: volunteering creates endorphins and makes you feel good. Many organisations working on a worthwhile cause rely on volunteers. From board members to those donating time to help out with activities and events. It's all essential.

Here are some organisations Tineke is currently involved in.

Active Citizens

Community Vision Inc. is a not for profit community service organisation based in the northern suburbs of Perth offering support to seniors, people with disabilities, youth, children and families. Its services provide a variety of options to maintain and enhance quality of life in ways that are meaningful to each individual. All programs are inclusive of people of all ages, with disabilities and also from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

The dedicated team of staff, supported by volunteers is committed to delivering accredited high quality services to clients and their families. As an organisation Community Vision prides itself on its flexibility in working as a team to listen to and respond to people seeking support to achieve their personal goals and aspirations, thus actively demonstrating the strapline What Matters to You Matters to Us.

Everything we do has the ultimate aim of empowering the rights of individuals to be active citizens in caring communities.
